Refunds, returns, and cancellation policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns or exchange for defects in manufacture within 30 days of receiving the product.

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receiving your items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

 

if the product is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item get in touch via email to, sales@stallion.co.nz or ring (06) 3568816 to arrange return and exchange.

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Stallion supplies within New Zealand only. If you have purchased an item in error from outside of New Zealand, the order will be cancelled and you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations are at the discretion of Stallion and must be made in a timely manner.

Once production of made to order products has begun cancellations cannot be accepted.

Any cancellation will be refunded directly to the original method of payment.

Orders made from outside or New Zealand will be automatically cancelled and automatically refunded to your original payment method.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

Refunds and returns are made in receipt of the item and having been assessed as a valid return.

 

Refunds are made to the original method of payment only

 

Refunds will not be paid on products that have been altered or if they have been damaged during mounting and placement of your Letterbox.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@stallion.co.nz If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All shipping cost will be covered by the person returning the item.
